No Oven Tandoori Paneer Pizza - Now you don't need an oven to enjoy this cheesy delight!

Ingredients
For Dough:
- 4 cups All purpose
- Flour 2 tsp Yeast (activated)
- 1 tsp Sugar Pinch of salt
- 1 cup Water / As required
- 2 tsp Oil For
Paneer Marination:
- 1 cup Paneer (cubed)
- ½ cup Diced Capsicum
- ½ cup Red Peppers (diced)
- ½ cup Yellow Peppers (diced)
- ½ cup Onions (diced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Curd
- 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Salt to Taste
- ½ Lemon (juice)
Other ingredients:
- 2 tsp Pizza Sauce
- ½ cup Cheese (grated)
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
Method:
- Make the dough by adding all the ingredients in a bowl & knead into a soft dough, rest the dough for 35 mins.
- Once the dough is proved, transfer it to a pizza pan & stretch it with your hand. Press the edges to form a thicker crust.
- Dock the base with a fork so that it does not puff up. Now prepare the tandoori paneer marinade by mixing all the ingredients in bowl & let it sit for 10 mins.
- Pan fry the paneer till the water evaporates & the paneer starts to brown. Now pan fry the pizza base & cook on both sides for 2 minutes.
- Spread the pizza sauce, cheese, paneers and then top with cheese again.
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes & oregano. Cover & cook on low heat till cheese melts. Serve hot.
