No Oven Tandoori Paneer Pizza Recipe


No Oven Tandoori Paneer Pizza - Now you don't need an oven to enjoy this cheesy delight!

Ingredients

 For Dough: 
  • 4 cups All purpose 
  • Flour 2 tsp Yeast (activated) 
  • 1 tsp Sugar Pinch of salt 
  • 1 cup Water / As required 
  • 2 tsp Oil For 
Paneer Marination:
  •  1 cup Paneer (cubed)
  •  ½ cup Diced Capsicum 
  • ½ cup Red Peppers (diced) 
  • ½ cup Yellow Peppers (diced) 
  • ½ cup Onions (diced) 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  •  1 cup Curd 
  • 2 tsp Tandoori Masala 
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder 
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  •  1 tsp Chopped Coriander Salt to Taste 
  • ½ Lemon (juice) 
Other ingredients:
  •  2 tsp Pizza Sauce
  •  ½ cup Cheese (grated) 
  • ½ tsp Oregano 
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes 

Method:
  1. Make the dough by adding all the ingredients in a bowl & knead into a soft dough, rest the dough for 35 mins. 
  2. Once the dough is proved, transfer it to a pizza pan & stretch it with your hand. Press the edges to form a thicker crust. 
  3. Dock the base with a fork so that it does not puff up. Now prepare the tandoori paneer marinade by mixing all the ingredients in bowl & let it sit for 10 mins. 
  4. Pan fry the paneer till the water evaporates & the paneer starts to brown. Now pan fry the pizza base & cook on both sides for 2 minutes.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce, cheese, paneers and then top with cheese again.
  6. Sprinkle with chilli flakes & oregano. Cover & cook on low heat till cheese melts. Serve hot.
