How to Make Bharwan Tinda with Tomato Sauce
1.Peel apple gourds.
2.In a bowl, add pounded jeera, saunf, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, kasuri methi
3.powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, red chilli powder, salt & black salt, mix well.
4.In another bowl, pour some mustard oil, add the mixed masala, chopped garlic & mix well.
5.Make incisions in apple gourd & fill it with the masala.
6.Roast it in oven at 170˚c for 12 minutes.
7.Remove the tray from the oven, take a brush & paste the tinda with the oil from the tray.
8.Add tomato puree & let it spread across the tray.
9.Put it back in the oven to roast at 190˚c.
10.Once roasted garnish with coriander leaves.
